225 rewards have been shipped. Still not all, but I wanted to be transparent about the progress I'm finally making. The vast majority of single unframed poster rewards, both US and International, have shipped.

I packed 29 international posters just today (will get picked up by USPS tomorrow). So if you live outside the US and haven't yet received a poster, please note it can take 2-6 weeks (depending on the country).

I know it is baby steps and I have ~135 actual packages to go, but I just wanted to let you all know.

Thanks again everyone.

Some progress!

Last month, I shipped 171 ACME poster rewards. That's 171 tubes full of art, out into the world. Is it everybody? Sadly not yet. Is it late? Very. And not a day went by that I wasn't either stressed or saddened by this predicament. To those of you that received posters, thank you you for your patience. To those of you that have not, know I am finally in a better position to slowly continue shipping rewards.

Single-poster domestic rewards were the most efficient to complete, and my friends and family helped me get those out. I have just this week begun to tackle multiple-poster rewards, and some international rewards.

I no longer have a workshop or warehouse, and I'm not even working as an artist currently. I have a desk job and have been fulfilling these rewards in my basement when my finances and resources align. I just wanted to apologize again for the delay, and apologize in general for the poor experience I've caused. Kickstarter is an amazing place and I want to encourage people to continue backing projects.

I had a very rough patch in life, but I think all the pieces are in place to get this done. It will still be slow, but I am very committed to getting more and more and more of these rewards out each month. I will post another update explaining the next batches that get shipped.

Thank you,

-Rob Loukotka

Where's my poster? & Thank You
over 8 years ago – Tue, Jan 02, 2018 at 09:22:05 PM

Hi everyone, wanted to say a quick thanks for folks who have reached out or supported me during my health crisis (major depression). I've been overwhelmed with all the orders from both my website and here on Kickstarter, which on one hand is awesome, and on the other is terrifying after essentially being absent from my company / unable to work for many months.

In fact, I froze orders and buying anything on my website is blocked currently, as my number one focus is fulfilling these past orders from previous customers (that's you!) now that I'm somewhat on my feet.

If you've emailed me and I haven't responded, I apologize. I am getting back into the swing of things and I hope this update provides answers to the main question folks have been asking: "When are you shipping my poster?"

Between unexpectedly high medical bills, missed Fringe Focus bills, and various anxiety-inducing paperwork like that, the company was in scary shape. Fortunately my personal problems are slowly improving, which is good! I fell woefully behind schedule on shipping these Kickstarter orders (in addition to barely being a functioning person for a bit), but there is a 100% chance I can and will ship each and every poster.

I've diversified (and increased) my income, working my butt off every day to get the company back to a steady state of printing, shipping, and the like. I feel secure mentally, emotionally, and financially. So that's why I'm writing this post today, as a huge apology for taking so very long with your orders and a ghost, but also as a reassurance that I have been working super hard on fixing this.

Long story short: Life was hot mess, do not recommend Freaky-Friday-ing with me at all. But I am close to getting this whole company back in gear, and you'll begin to see orders arrive soon. Each weekend I'll knock out a little more progress, and eventually we'll see all these posters in your hands.

Thanks to whoever has been sending kind postcards. They were anonymous but made my day. Remember that no matter how difficult life can get, you're stronger than you think and can weather the storm.
